This sweet yellow maize flour is also perfect for making arepa cachapas, which are similar to pancakes. The flour is made from refined pre-cooked sweet yellow corn flour and is entirely gluten-free – so useful ingredients in baking for celiacs or anyone who doesn’t eat wheat.

Ingredients: Pre-cooked yellow maize meal, cane sugar, powdered cellulose, corn bran, modified cornstarch, rice flour, salt, artificial flavour, hydrocolloids carboxymethyl, cellulose and xanthe gum, soy lecithin, carrageenan, sodium stearoyl lactylate, iron, niacin, thiamin, riboflavin, folic acid.
