Description
Tajadas are one of the most beloved sides in Venezuelan cuisine — made from perfectly ripe plantains, sliced and gently fried until golden and caramelised.
Naturally sweet and incredibly satisfying, tajadas offer the perfect balance to savoury dishes. Soft and tender on the inside with a lightly crisp edge, they are a staple found in homes and restaurants across Venezuela, often served alongside rice, beans, meats, or arepas.
At Arepas Station, our tajadas are prepared using high-quality plantains to deliver authentic flavour in every bite — simple, traditional, and full of Latin character.
